To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. All manufacturer stickers and seals should remain intact.
Cancellation and Order Changes
To cancel your order or make changes, contact us immediately to avoid packing and shipping. If you cancel before your order has shipped, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, determined based on the total value of your order.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued in Bitcoin, our primary currency, reflecting the value of your original purchase minus any shipping, insurance costs, and applicable fees, including potential cancellation fees. The refund will be converted from USD to Bitcoin at the current exchange rate at the time your return is processed. Please be aware that if Bitcoin’s value has increased against the Euro since your purchase, you may receive a smaller amount of Bitcoin than initially paid.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to the blockchain address used for your original purchase within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning your item. Return shipping may range from $50 to $200 due to comprehensive insurance coverage. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will deduct the return shipping charge.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
