Shipping Information:
All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from Bull Miners Warehouse located in the UK, Italy, and the US. For bulk orders, shipping may take an additional day or two after full payment is verified.

International delivery typically takes about 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information within 24 hours, allowing both you and us to monitor the exact location of your shipment. Goods usually arrive within 4-9 days, depending on the destination.

All mining machines are shipped using reliable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS to ensure safe delivery. Our dedicated service team will continuously track the logistics information to guarantee that your machine reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.

Returns and Refunds:


We offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 50 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-4 days after we receive the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

All items are refundable, and orders can be canceled. This includes situations where there have been increases in mining machine prices due to market fluctuation or if the item is out of stock.

Warranty Information:

Warranty Limitations:

We do not provide warranty on pre-installed software regarding its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility for a specific purpose. The product is sold “as is”.

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by physical or electrical stress, including moisture and extreme temperatures.
  • Damages arising from natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires).
  • Damage due to operator error or non-compliance with instructions.
  • Modifications made by unauthorized personnel.
  • Use of counterfeit products.
  • Loss of data due to software-hardware incompatibility.

Warranty Service:

During the warranty period, we may choose to repair or, at our discretion, replace a defective product with an identical or similar item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our service center. Shipping costs for the return will be at the purchaser’s expense. If the product is shipped uninsured, customers assume all risks of loss or damage during transit.

Warranty Periods:

  • GTX Graphic Card Series:
    • 3 months warranty for mining use.
    • 3 years warranty for gaming use.
  • All Miners:
    • New machines: 6 months warranty.
    • Used machines: No warranty.
  • Antminer S19 Series: 1-year warranty.

Order Processing:
Orders will be shipped from Bull Miners Warehouse within 1-5 days after the order is placed. Each mining machine is thoroughly tested prior to shipment to ensure high quality and functionality.

After placing your order, you will be informed about the status via email or phone, including details on the condition and location of your items.

Packaging and Shipping:
All mining machines are carefully packaged with the appropriate power supply to ensure optimal operation. We label all packages as “fragile” to prevent damage during transportation.

Taxes and Custom Duties:
