We offer free global shipping on all crypto mining hardware — no hidden fees, no surprises. Every order is verified, processed, and fully insured before dispatch to ensure your miner arrives safely and on time.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and purchase details.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation. We strive to deliver your equipment as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In the rare case of a delay due to logistics or customs, our support team will notify you directly. Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Delivery & Tracking

All shipments are delivered directly to your address or PO box through trusted global carriers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand by the quality of all our mining hardware. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order — provided the item is unused, in brand-new condition, and free of any damage or modification.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within the 30-day period. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the authorized return address for shipping your unit back to us.

If the replacement item differs in price, we’ll either refund the difference or provide a secure method to settle the balance before dispatching your new unit.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, but we will cover the outbound shipping for your replacement unit at no additional charge.

Refund Policy

At Bull Miners, our customers come first. We stand behind the reliability and performance of every mining unit we sell — and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, please contact our support team within this period. Our team will review your case and provide you with the authorized return address for your product.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • In brand-new, unused condition

  • Undamaged and free from any signs of wear or modification

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement Policy

All Bull Miners hardware is individually inspected and tested before dispatch to ensure full functionality. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy.

To request a replacement, simply contact our support team and provide clear photos and details of the issue. Once verified, a replacement unit will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Our goal is to keep your mining operation running smoothly — with minimal downtime and maximum reliability.

FAQs

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped same day. Normal delivery takes 3-5 days.

Express delivery takes 24h-48h after payment confirmation.

How do I change my shipping address?

You need to log in to your account form My Account page and click addresses. There you can change the shipping address.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

In case the shipping address is incorrect just go to My Account page and edit the address from there or email us at [email protected] with the order number and correct address.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer FREE tracked shipping worldwide, no matter which country you’re from we will do our best to get your desired apple products to you.

How do I get bulk discount?

If you want to order at least 10 of  the same product please contact us at [email protected] and get a special discount up to 25%.

Also if you order more than 3 product for the first time a 15% discount will be added.

I received the wrong what should I do?
My order arrived damaged what should I do?

In case that your order arrived damaged we got you covered.

We offer insurance in case of damage for all shipped orders, so in case that one or more product arrive damaged just contact us and we will replace it asap.

In case the order was not shipped you can change or cancel the order.

If the order was shipped you have to wait for it to arrive and then contact us if you wish to change or return the products at your own cost.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes we offer pre-order for machines that are out of stock or that will be release in the near future.
