Returns & exchanges

Not 100% satisfied? Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in brand-new condition and free of damage or modification. Contact support to get an authorized return address. If the replacement differs in price, we refund the difference or arrange a secure balance payment. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we cover outbound shipping on your replacement.

Replacement policy

Every unit is inspected and tested before dispatch. In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, contact support with clear photos and details. Once verified, a replacement ships to you at no additional cost.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:
