How “Host for me” works

  1. Choose your miner and location. On any product page select Host for me, pick a hosting location (each shows its electricity rate) and a contract term of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
  2. Pay for the miner and setup. You pay the miner price plus the one-time $99 setup fee per machine. No deposit, no prepaid electricity.
  3. We rack and configure it. Your miner is installed at the facility, connected to power and network, and configured on our mining pool. With the optional Priority Processing add-on, it is running within 48 working hours of payment confirmation.
  4. Mining starts and the dashboard goes live. You follow status, hashrate, earnings and electricity cost in real time.
  5. You get paid. Electricity is deducted from the mining earnings and the net is paid automatically to your own wallet.

How electricity billing works

You pay only for the power your miner actually uses. Consumption is measured per machine in kWh and multiplied by the rate of the location you chose; the result is deducted automatically from that machine’s mining earnings before payout. There are no separate power invoices and nothing to top up.

Worked example

A WhatsMiner M70 draws 3,140 W. Running 24 hours it uses 75.36 kWh. At $0.0072/kWh (our lowest currently available rate) that is $0.54 per day, deducted from the day’s earnings. If the machine is paused or offline, it draws less power and you are billed less.

Uptime guarantee

We guarantee 99% uptime for hosted machines. Facilities are monitored 24/7 and on-site maintenance is included in the hosting service. Because electricity is billed on actual consumption, you never pay for power your miner did not use.

Contract term & cancellation

  • Term: choose 3 months, 6 months or 1 year when you select Host for me. The electricity rate is the same for every term.
  • Cancelling after 3 months: once 3 months of active hosting are complete you can cancel free of charge, and your $99 setup fee is refunded.
  • Cancelling within the first 3 months: a charge of 10% of the miner’s purchase price plus the $99 setup fee applies.
  • Your miner, your choice: when you cancel, you decide what happens to the hardware —
    • Buy-back: we buy the miner back and refund you to the original payment method, less any early-cancellation charge that applies.
    • Ship to you: we de-rack the miner and ship it to the address you choose.
  • Refunds are paid to the original payment method.
  • To cancel, change your term or ask about renewal, contact us from your account email at [email protected] or via the contact page.
Examples (miner price $1,999)

Cancel after 4 months: no charge, and your $99 setup fee is refunded. Choose buy-back for a refund of the $1,999 miner price, or have the miner shipped to you.
Cancel after 2 months: charge of $199.90 (10%) + $99 setup fee = $298.90. With buy-back you receive $1,999 − $199.90 = $1,799.10 (the setup fee is not refunded); or choose to have the miner shipped to you.

Payouts: pool and wallet

  1. Your miner hashes to our mining-pool account, configured during setup.
  2. Mining earnings are attributed to your machine, and its electricity cost (actual kWh × location rate) is deducted automatically.
  3. The net earnings are paid automatically to your own wallet address on file for your machine. To set or change it, contact our team from your account email.

Live monitoring dashboard

Every hosted machine appears in your dashboard from the moment it is provisioned. For each machine you can see:

  • Status and live hashrate
  • Coins earned
  • Electricity used and its cost
  • Your net payout after electricity
  • Location, rate and uptime

Once your order is paid you can also request actions on a machine, such as a restart or a pause, directly from the dashboard.

Your miner

You buy the miner outright and it remains your hardware while we host it. When hosting ends you choose whether we buy it back or ship it to you. We operate it at the facility you chose for the term you selected. The optional Equipment Protection add-on gives in-house repair coverage and priority RMA for 12 months. Not sure which machine to host? Compare live estimates on the profitability ranking or run your own numbers in the mining calculator.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a setup or installation fee for hosting?

Yes. There is a one-time setup fee of $99 per machine, covering racking, configuration and mining-pool setup. It is refunded in full if you cancel after at least 3 months of active hosting. There is no deposit.

How is electricity billed?

Only on your machine's actual measured kWh consumption, at the published rate of the location you choose. The cost is deducted automatically from your mining earnings, so there are no separate power invoices and nothing to prepay.

What uptime do you guarantee?

We guarantee 99% uptime for hosted machines, backed by 24/7 monitoring and on-site maintenance that is included in the hosting service.

How long is the hosting contract?

You choose 3 months, 6 months or 1 year when you select “Host for me”. The electricity rate is the same whichever term you pick.

Can I cancel hosting early?

Yes. Once 3 months of active hosting are complete you can cancel free of charge and your $99 setup fee is refunded. If you cancel within the first 3 months, a charge of 10% of the miner's purchase price plus the $99 setup fee applies. Any refund is paid to the original payment method.

What happens to my miner when I cancel hosting?

It is your choice. Either we buy the miner back and refund you to the original payment method (less any early-cancellation charge that applies), or we ship the miner to the address you choose.

How do I get paid?

Your miner hashes to our mining-pool account. Electricity is deducted from the earnings and the net amount is paid automatically to the wallet address on file for your machine.

Can I see what my miner is earning?

Yes. The live monitoring dashboard shows each machine's status and hashrate, the coins it has earned, the electricity cost and your net payout.

Do I own the miner when you host it?

Yes. You buy the hardware outright; we host and operate it for you at the facility you choose. Optional Equipment Protection adds in-house repair coverage and priority RMA for 12 months.
