Ownership & hosting

Do I actually own the miner?

Yes. You buy a specific, serial-numbered machine and own it outright. We just provide the facility, power, cooling and maintenance. You can have it shipped to you at any time.

Is this “cloud mining”?

No. Cloud mining sells you a share of someone else’s hashrate with promised returns — and is full of scams. Here you own real hardware, point it to your own pool and wallet, and keep 100% of what it mines. We never promise returns.

Can I pause or switch off my miner?

Yes. You can pause hosting during unprofitable periods — you only pay for power while your machine is actually running. Request it from your dashboard.

Can I have it shipped later, or upgrade?

Absolutely. Because you own the physical unit, you can have it shipped to you any time, or upgrade to a newer model as the network evolves.

Payouts & earnings

How do I get paid?

Your machine mines directly to your own mining-pool account and wallet. Rewards never pass through us. You watch live status and estimated earnings in your dashboard.

How is electricity billed?

At the transparent per-kWh rate shown for your chosen location, deducted from your mining earnings — so there are no surprise invoices and nothing to pay up front for power.

Are earnings guaranteed?

No. Mining profitability depends on coin price and network difficulty and is never guaranteed. Our dashboard figures are clearly-labelled estimates, not promises.

Payments & ordering

How do I pay for the machine?

We accept crypto only — Bitcoin, Lightning, USDT and 25+ coins. Pay in person at a logistics center is also available. Pay-Later: 25% today, then three monthly installments.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum — start with a single miner and scale up whenever you like. Volume hosting rates apply automatically as you grow.

Setup, support & logistics

How fast is setup?

With Priority Processing, in-stock machines are racked and hashing within 48 working hours of payment confirmation.

What if my miner breaks down?

Facilities monitor every machine 24/7. Add Equipment Protection at checkout for in-house repair coverage and priority RMA — most issues are fixed on-site in days, not the weeks a manufacturer RMA takes.

Where are the facilities?

Across the USA, Norway, Finland, Ethiopia, Paraguay, Nigeria and Dubai — you choose your hosting location at checkout based on power price, uptime and latency.

Which coins can I mine?

Any coin your hardware supports — we stock ASICs for Bitcoin (SHA-256), Kaspa, Litecoin/Doge (Scrypt), Alephium, Monero and more across 13 brands.
